The Permanent Water-Guard by Atsko is a 17 fl. oz. trigger spray and is engineered to waterproof natural absorbent materials like cotton, wool, down, canvas, suede and blends that contain cotton. This original high solids formula is unsurpassed on 100% cotton. Permanent Water-Guard is a solvent free, water-based fluorocarbon polymer water and stain repellent. It dries odor free and without U-V brighteners.
