Holiday Return Policy: If you place your order between November 1st and December 31st you have until January 31st to return the product back to BobsSportsChalet.com. You may exchange your gift for a different size, receive store credit, or we will refund the original credit card or PayPal account used to place the order. All standard fees (as stated below) apply.
Standard Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be received back at our warehouse location within 30 days of order date. All returns must be in like new condition in its original packaging and tags in order to qualify for a refund. If returns are received in used or damaged condition, a 50% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount; if the item comes with it's own box (i.e. shoes, boots, bindings) and is returned without external packaging a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount; if the items tags are missing a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
If you decide to return a product that you had previously purchased, you must include a copy of the original packing slip with the returned product. If you have lost or misplaced this form, it is important to include with your return the following information: Order Number, Name on order, Why you are returning the product.

BobsSportsChalet.com strongly recommends shipping your product back to BobsSportsChalet.com using a delivery method that generates a tracking number or delivery receipt. Please keep this number until your refund has been processed by us.
Once BobsSportsChalet.com receives your return, please expect up to two weeks to receive your refund or credit. Your return will be less any shipping charges incurred.
Your refund will be given as a credit to your original payment method. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased using a gift certificate, you will receive in-store credit as your refund.
If there was an error in your shipment, or if you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send you the correct product or replacement product at no cost to you.
Return to Sender
Packages that are processed by the carrier as returned to sender will be processed as a return. Shipping costs are not refunded. Any additional shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If the order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
BobsSportsChalet.com reserves the right to refuse returns or issue a store credit up to the item's purchased price. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges of refused late returns.

If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us immediately by phone or email. A replacement item will be shipped out immediately upon return of the damaged or defective item. See below for contact information.
Any duties and taxes generated by the country's Customs will be the responsibility of the recipient. If the package is returned to sender due to the recipient's refusal to pay for the duties & taxes, any return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please note: We do not offer free return shipping; the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you decide to NOT use a prepaid return label that has been generated, please let us know so that the label can be voided. If you don't let us know and the label is unable to be voided, you will be charged for the prepaid return label.
